Bunnell Photography was founded in 2002 to offer top-quality photography throughout New England. With a unique blend of photojournalistic and traditional styles, the company has been recognized as one of the area’s premier wedding photographers. Bunnell Photography is pleased to be recommended by the area’s finest venues and planning professionals.<\/p>\n

A core aspect of Bunnell Photography’s business philosophy is to offer our clients the option to print their own images for personal use. Each portrait and wedding session includes the digital negatives with printing rights.<\/p>\n

Annually, the company photographs about 50 weddings plus dozens of additional portrait sessions. Bunnell Photography employs several talented artists who act as lead or second shooters at weddings.<\/p>\n

About Kathryn Bunnell:<\/b><\/p>\n

\"me2small\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Kathy was born an artist. From a very early age, she expressed herself through drawing, painting, sculpting and photography. She is the stereotypical \u201clefty\u201d whose passion for art is evident in everything she does.<\/p>\n

An art scholarship partially based on her photography work helped to fund her collegiate studies. Her beloved 10th<\/sup>\u00a0birthday present, a Pentax 35mm camera, helped document her journeys along the way. She completed coursework in a variety of artistic mediums. Her oil paintings were featured in the only solo freshman art show of the year at Elms College.<\/p>\n

Her post-grad employment at WWLP TV22 taught her a lot about lighting subjects, composing images and how to work in high-pressure environments. Further professional experience in event planning gave her a well-rounded wedding background.<\/p>\n

Kathy’s artistic attention turned to event photography as she planned her own nuptials. Vowing to deliver what she had been looking for in her own search for a wedding photographer, Kathy sought to bring a younger, fresher approach to wedding photography.<\/p>\n

Her business took off rapidly and she became one of the area’s few full-time wedding photographers after only two years in practice. Her old trusty Pentax has long since been replaced by state-of-the-art professional digital cameras and lenses.<\/p>\n

Bunnell Photography’s images have been featured in magazines, reception venues and print ads. Kathryn Bunnell has also been recognized as a Canon Professional shooter.<\/p>\n

Kathy has had the honor of photographing more than 500 weddings. Her clients love her approachable, down-to-earth demeanor as well as the stunning images she creates.<\/p>\n
